What You Bring

We’re looking for a Head Chef who embodies the spirit of Noci — generous, grounded, and passionate about flavour:

  • Experience in a high‑volume, quality‑driven kitchen as a Head Chef or Senior Sous.
  • Culinary skill with a love for fresh pasta, seasonal produce, and Italian‑inspired cooking.
  • Leadership that inspires, supports, and develops a strong brigade.
  • Calm confidence under pressure, with sharp organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Collaboration with both kitchen and front‑of‑house to deliver a seamless guest experience.

As Head Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind our kitchen and the flavours that define us:

  • Lead the kitchen day‑to‑day, ensuring smooth service and consistent excellence.
  • Develop your team, nurturing talent and building a positive, growth‑focused culture.
  • Champion standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
